Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive IT certification training program (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal teams and clients
- Manage hardware/software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system issues
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and best practices
- Support office IT infrastructure including printers, networks, and servers
Qualifications
