Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support to resolve user issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with network security monitoring and basic threat response
- Participate in rotational training modules covering cloud technologies
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system upgrades

Qualifications
