Responsibilities
- Complete 12-week IT certification curriculum (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Provide Tier 1 desktop support to corporate clients
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems

- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex projects
- Participate in cross-departmental training rotations
Qualifications
