Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge at all times.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets set by management.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and product improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree is a plus.
- Must be available to start immediately (Start Tomorrow).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
