Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and engage potential clients in the local market.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and closing techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior sales experience required—we provide full, paid training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, resilience, and a desire to succeed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
