Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via phone and in-person to identify their needs and present solutions.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Attend daily training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and performance metrics.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using company CRM software.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a reliable smartphone and stable internet connection for training purposes.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

- Transportation to and from the Dallas office is required.
