Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate our company’s products/services to prospective clients in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Attend daily sales meetings and training sessions to refine your skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- A positive attitude and a hunger to learn and grow within the industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Reliable transportation is required for client meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
