Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
- Utilize our internal CRM tools to log interactions and track customer progress.
- Complete training modules and shadow senior team members to master our products.
- Build rapport with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with the regional team to meet weekly sales and performance goals.
- Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific technical skills are required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Access to a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone voice.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
