Responsibilities
- Enter and verify customer and transaction data into our internal database systems with high accuracy.
- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Perform regular data cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure database integrity.
- Assist in generating daily and weekly operational reports.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data discrepancies or urgent tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during night operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM preferred).
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during the night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
