Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for internal clients to ensure minimal downtime.
- Technical Support: Provide tier-one support via phone, email, and in-person for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT assets and operating systems.
- User Education: Educate employees on best practices for cybersecurity and software usage.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Basics: Basic understanding of how computers work (hardware and software) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Availability: Must be willing to participate in our structured training program (usually 4-6 weeks).
