Responsibilities
- Participate in 8-week paid IT training program covering network setup, security protocols, and troubleshooting
- Provide first-level technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with hardware installation, software updates, and system maintenance
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex infrastructure projects
- Adhere to company security policies and best practices
- Complete certification exams (CompTIA A+, Security+) during training period
Qualifications
