Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systemsMonitor network performance and security protocols
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Train users on new technology implementations
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (rotational basis)
Qualifications
