Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive, visual reports and dashboards (using tools like Tableau or PowerBI) to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries to extract data from various databases and perform complex data analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Training Compliance: Actively participate in all scheduled training modules, workshops, and mentorship sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we provide the training.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical team members clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) and attend training sessions during business hours.
