Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and software
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and security protocols
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex system implementations
- Participate in ongoing training modules to advance technical skills
- Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge base updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows OS
