Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Deploy and configure network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations
- Provide Tier 1/2 support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Assist with server maintenance and cloud service implementations
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows Server administration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installation
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
