Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Document IT processes, solutions, and system updates
- Assist with network monitoring, maintenance, and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects

Qualifications
