Responsibilities
- Complete intensive 8-week IT fundamentals training program
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for clients
- Document technical solutions in our knowledge base system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in weekly skill-building workshops
- Contribute to IT infrastructure improvement projects
Qualifications
- No prior IT experience required – we train you from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
