Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Document ticket resolutions using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on basic endpoint security protocols
- Participate in cross-departmental IT infrastructure projects
- Complete vendor certification training (CompTIA A+/Google IT Support)

Qualifications
