Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for cloud-based systems and applications
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote access
- Create and maintain user documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex incident resolution
- Monitor system health and perform preventative maintenance
- Train end-users on new software implementations
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT/Computer Science
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
