Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via remote and onsite assistance
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system health and perform preventative maintenance
- Deliver exceptional customer service with SLA adherence
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and security fundamentals
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for hardware installation
- Valid NC driver's license for occasional client visits
