Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including Windows/macOS systems
- Manage IT service tickets and document resolution processes
- Participate in paid training modules covering cloud platforms and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Monitor network performance and recommend improvements
- Complete vendor certification training (CompTIA, AWS, etc.)
