Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems and peripheral devices
- Assist with network troubleshooting and basic system diagnostics
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Participate in rotational training modules across IT domains
- Support internal IT initiatives and infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware/software concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification during training
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
