Responsibilities
- Complete 8-week intensive IT training curriculum covering network administration, system troubleshooting, and security protocols
- Provide tier-1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote tools
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain IT infrastructure
- Participate in continuous learning modules to stay current with emerging technologies
- Support hardware/software installations and asset management processes
