Responsibilities

- Log and track technical issues in our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Zendesk).
- Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, and update computer systems and peripherals.
- Assist in the maintenance of office equipment and inventory management.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues and learn best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows/macOS) and the internet.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
