Responsibilities
- Assist internal employees with technical inquiries, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies to the senior technical team.
- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and assist in the deployment of new devices.
- Update and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for common IT tasks.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall system efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy with a strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
