Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for internal employees and external clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Ticket Management: Log, track, and manage incoming support tickets using our CRM system to ensure timely resolution.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, printers, and networking equipment.
- User Support: Provide clear, patient, and friendly guidance to users regarding software applications, operating systems, and basic network navigation.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations to support continuous improvement.
- Software Updates: Assist in the deployment of software patches, updates, and security patches across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; internship experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows operating systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot effectively under pressure.
- Soft Skills: Customer-focused attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
