Responsibilities
- Hardware & Software Deployment: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to end-users.
- Network Support: Help maintain and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN) and wireless networks to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Customer Assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming support tickets, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and inventory levels.
- System Updates: Assist in performing routine system updates and security patches.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and software troubleshooting.
