Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve technical queries efficiently.
- Document all technical problems and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new system upgrades.
Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
