Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations using imaging tools
- Assist with Active Directory administration and user account management
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including switches and firewalls
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles using ServiceNow
- Participate in quarterly system upgrades and security patch deployments
- Support cloud services including Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and DNS concepts
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service mindset
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
