Responsibilities

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user workstations and peripherals.
- Respond to help desk tickets and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Monitor system performance and report technical anomalies to senior staff.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to improve our knowledge base.
- Support the deployment of new applications and updates across the organization.
Qualifications
