Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist with user account management and access permissions
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Conduct periodic system audits and maintenance tasks
- Deliver user training on new technologies and systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in varying office environments
