- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets efficiently and accurately.
- Perform hardware installations, configurations, and upgrades for employees.
- Assist in the administration of Active Directory and user account management.
- Document technical procedures and maintain a knowledge base for the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and office software.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, and VPNs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
