Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Document solutions in ITSM platforms (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Train end-users on cybersecurity best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex resolutions
- Monitor network performance and security protocols
