Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for internal employees and external clients.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software systems.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to resolve complex network and connectivity problems.
- Conduct regular system health checks to ensure optimal performance across the organization.
- Guide non-technical users through standard operating procedures and software applications.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A genuine eagerness to learn new technologies and obtain industry certifications.
