Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Assist end-users with hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Technical Support: Provide top-tier customer service via phone, email, and in-person for office applications.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system updates, patch management, and asset inventory checks.
- Network Assistance: Help maintain a secure and efficient network environment for our clients.
- Documentation: Accurately log tickets and create documentation for standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
