Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-level technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person troubleshooting.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Manage and track IT assets and inventory using our internal ticketing system.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve software and hardware issues.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement security patches and updates.
- Conduct user training sessions to improve software literacy across the organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree in Computer Science or IT preferred).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing support.
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (we provide sponsorship).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
