Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues and learn best practices.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Perform routine system updates and security patching under supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote/on-site hybrid roles).
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized certifications within the first year.
