Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure including routers/switches
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Assist with security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Familiarity with PowerShell and command-line interfaces
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
