Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including desktops, laptops, and printers
- Assist with network connectivity problems and basic security protocols
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with team on infrastructure projects and system upgrades

Qualifications
