Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues via ticketing system and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop equipment and peripherals
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and solutions
- Collaborate with senior team on infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Train employees on new software and technology best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work in varying office environments
