Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive technical training modules covering network infrastructure and security protocols
- Assist senior technicians with system monitoring and troubleshooting during the training phase
- Develop proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Participate in simulated incident response scenarios and cybersecurity drills
- Create detailed technical documentation and process improvement reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology implementation projects
- Obtain industry-recognized certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and logical thinking skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn technical concepts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in team environments
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for training sessions
- Passion for technology and continuous learning mindset
- Ability to commit to 40-hour training schedule (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)
