Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network troubleshooting and basic security protocols
- Document all IT activities and maintain service desk tickets
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Participate in continuous training to maintain technical proficiency
- Support company-wide IT initiatives and system upgrades
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- No technical experience needed – we train you from scratch!
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Basic computer literacy (familiar with Windows OS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
