Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including OS, network connectivity, and security
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and enterprise software
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Participate in ongoing skills development through our training curriculum
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage service requests
Qualifications
- No prior technical experience required – we provide all training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation
