Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist users with system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Document incidents and solutions using ITSM software
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system deployments
- Conduct routine system maintenance and security updates
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Participate in IT projects to enhance infrastructure capabilities
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
