- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades
- Respond to help desk tickets within SLA timeframe
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred
