Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Document technical issues and solutions in our service management system
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex troubleshooting
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Support office technology including printers, scanners, and VoIP systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking concepts, and hardware
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
