Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 200+ employees across hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure Windows/Linux systems in cloud/on-premise environments
- Monitor network security protocols and implement best practices
- Document IT processes using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Conduct quarterly technology training sessions
- Manage asset inventory lifecycle and procurement requests
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred but not required)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting methodology with diagnostic tools
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
