Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Assist with cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure)
- Support AV equipment and video conferencing systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and security protocols
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools like Wireshark or Process Monitor
- Customer service experience with ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in a hybrid environment
- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
