Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across 150+ users
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS workstations and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts, group policies, and user permissions
- Document IT assets, incidents, and solutions using ServiceNow platform
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and data backups
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects including cloud migrations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and basic networking concepts
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot independently
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) considered a plus
