Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 500+ enterprise users via phone, chat, and remote access
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations, mobile devices, and network peripherals
- Monitor and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using PowerShell and automation tools
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for internal teams
- Collaborate with senior engineers on security audits and compliance initiatives
- Manage service requests and incidents using Jira and ServiceNow platforms
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours during system upgrades
